About Us

ADI Leak Detection - The original Leak Detection Company.

In 2011, the concept of a specialized leak detection company didn’t exist. However, Adrian Morgan, the company’s founder and CEO, possessed the foresight, intuition, and expertise to identify a significant gap in the market.

He recognized that leak detection was a distinct niche requiring specialized tools, knowledge, and innovative thinking. While a proficient plumber might offer an educated guess about the source of a leak, in reality, it remained just that—a guess. The issue with such guesswork was its potential to rapidly escalate in cost.

This was especially crucial because the longer it took to pinpoint the leak’s source, the more water seeped or flooded into buildings. Equally important, in today’s modern properties, most piping is concealed behind walls to enhance the property’s aesthetics. Cutting into a wall without absolute confidence in the leak’s location was not the ideal choice for customers. They not only had to contend with the immediate consequences of the leak but also the aftermath of the repair process.
